Game HQ wants everyone to be able to browse our products, learn about our stores, and shop online.

Our approach

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We have not completed a formal accessibility audit or certified the entire site against that standard. We review and improve the site as we add features and content.

Need help or found a barrier?

If something on the website is hard to use, please tell us which page or task is causing trouble and what device or assistive technology you use, if you are comfortable sharing it. We will work with you to provide the information or help you complete the task another way.

Ongoing improvements

We welcome specific feedback about navigation, keyboard access, screen-reader labels, contrast, images, forms, and checkout. We use that feedback to prioritize fixes.
